I'm thinking that F.A.T.E. HQ is actually the basement of another government branch's building -- and that's where Sebastian thinks that Doc works. Being a parole officer he would probably know about Doc's city residence and his place of employment, so he could check up unannounced. If you can give me any more plot hooks let me know -- I figure Sebastian suspects that Doc is doing something behind his back, but he can't put his finger on it. Kirkland 23:56, 7 December 2010 (EST)
