Thorns

After being conquered by The Mask of Winters for more than 5 years the people of the city have been trying to reestablish their lives without the deathlord rule, but the massive shadow of the citadel still looms over the city. The government has not revived its previous connection with the Dragon-Blooded Empire as a tributary state and it seems that it does not intend to. Instead establishing itself as an independent city and government; they have begun to build their own military for purposes of protection. The military is commanded by a general by the name of Mandalore, a mortal who seems to be well informed and to have a good overall ability to command and lead. The city of Thorns is one of the few cities that openly welcomes solars, they consider themselves to owe a debt of gratitude to Esenius and all solars.
