Elemental Rifles were created during the Shogunate to enhance the natural elemental powers of the Dragon-Blooded. These rifles combine the technology and ideas behind the elemental lenses and fire dust cannons. A DB can only use a rifle with an element aligned to their own. The rifle enhances Elemental Bolt Attack and Elemental Burst Attack, or it can mimic Elemental Bolt Attack using a hearthstone of the same element as the user and rifle. The rifles do not gain access to the magical material bonus. The jade's powers are already used up in the workings of the rifle. It has one hearthstone slot.

Damage: If powered by Elemental Bolt Attack or Elemental Burst Attack, double the damage of the charm. This aspect works the same as an elemental lense. If powered by a hearthstone, damage equals three times the level of the hearthstone.
Range: If powered by Elemental Bolt Attack or Elemental Burst Attack, double the range of the charm. If powered by a hearthstone, range equals hearthstone rating times twenty.
Hearthstone slot: The hearthstone can either be used to power the rifle or provide its natural bonuses to the owner. It takes a misc speed 5 action to switch between these options.
