Dreamstone

Dan and I originally discussed this and agreed that a dreamstone was artifact 2. I've given it a bit more thought and think that they should be artifact 1. Although rare, they are not particularly powerful, as they simply record the dreams of anyone touching it. To compare, the Yasat crystal, which is also a rare crystal found near Gem, is an artifact 1 that can store within it an Essence 2 spirit or ghost, which I would think to be more powerful than capturing a simple dream. Is this in reference to the Dreamstone on page 156 of Oadenol's Codex? The item described in there seems to do about what you are describing, though you may have had more in mind. Sifu

There aren't any cannon Sidereals I can really think of off the top of my head that would be a good fit, neither of the two we've already made are very good. My first recommendation would be to take a look at putting a little more thought with Dan into Voresyl, who is an existing made up Gold Faction Sidereal. Not in the same direction, but that really isn't an issue at all. It can also be assumed a Sidereal of his experience would be in more than just the conventions that are listed there for him. He is the one who brought in Arkanian, for the Gold Faction and I believe he was also the one that removed Saros from 'protecting' Arkanian. He's got some pretty cool stuff about him that could be expanded by you and/or Dan for a good Sifu. He seems like he would be a good fit for Magistrate.

Or you could just make someone up. The only real problem with this is that there are a pretty limited number of Sidereals and making too many of them becomes undesirable. But we dont have too many yet, so certainly still an option.
