Summary

The mess begins with unstable Solar Exalt Daedric Cyrus paying an unspeakable price for the secrets of the Great Curse. Upon learning them, he goes mad and summons a dead alien god to "cleanse" the world of its incurably corrupt life forces. Can a newly formed circle of Solar Exalts overcome the crazed general, a disillusioned cult, scheming politicians, the Deathlords, and a powerful assassin all in time to banish the dead alien god before the end of the world?
