She wears light and casual, white Jedi Robes and favors leather sandals over traditional boots. When interacting with others she typically covers her missing eyes with a neatly folded light blue silk scarf, thought this is purely for the benefit of others and she will often forgo covering her face in private settings.

Master Isara Shen is a serene and enigmatic Mystic Seer of the Jedi Order, known for her deep connection to the unseen currents of the Force. She has spent long periods of her Jedi career in relative isolation, but has never become fully reclusive or failed to embrace her duties as a Jedi. She has always preferred the less inhabited regions of The Galaxy where she can feel the flow of the Force with fewer disruptions, and has been a valuable member of the Jedi Exploration Corps since taking on her Padawan, uncovering lost knowledge and guiding others with her uncanny foresight. Teral Zyn Vok is her second padawan, and will tell anyone who asks, likely her last.

Calm and patient, she believes in letting the Force reveal its path, often speaking in cryptic insights that frustrate more action-driven Jedi like her Padawan, Teral Zyn Vok. Though wise and compassionate, her detached nature and reliance on visions make her difficult to truly understand, as she accepts that not all destinies can be changed.

She wields a light blue lightsaber rarely, but has the graceful precision of a Master of Form II Makashi.

Relationship with Teral

Teral Zyn Vok is Isara's second padawan, her first, Master Veyla Torr, was decades earlier and is now the presiding Jedi Master at The Temple of Eedit on Devaron. It was Veyla who asked Isara to take Teral as her Padawan, sensing in him the need for a wise a patient Jedi Master who could temper his enthusiasm without attempting to restrain him.

Master Isara Shen and Teral Zyn Vok share a bond of contrasts—serene wisdom against restless energy, deep contemplation against a hunger for action. Yet their relationship is defined by mutual respect, frequent philosophical clashes, and a shared love for uncovering the mysteries of the galaxy. Where other Jedi Masters may have sought to curb his independence, she instead guided it, believing that curiosity and restlessness, if tempered with wisdom, could become great strengths.

Isara is patient, measured, and philosophical, often contemplating the bigger picture before taking action. She sees the Force as a vast current that to be understood and flowed with. While Teral is impulsive, instinct-driven, and pragmatic, preferring to act first and reflect later. He sees the Force as a tool of discovery, something that could be harnessed for tangible results. Isara taught him that discovery is more than just finding something new—it’s about understanding what it means, how it fits into the greater whole, and understanding the journey can be as enlightening as the discovery itself.
