Eve Ballentine

Dr. Eve Ballentine is a tenured professor of Astro-Physics & Mathematics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology & Thaumaturgy known for her extensive and ground breaking work in power conversion and alchemy. Eve was born in Sacramento California and attended The University of California Berkley for her undergraduate and graduate studies. During her undergraduate studies Dr. Kefeng Yau served as her faculty advisor and she planned to perform research with him as a graduate student, but Dr. Yau left to work with MCT and Eve found a new research advisor to finish her studies with. She has kept in occasional contact with Dr. Yau, though she is rarely able to discuss her work in detail and Dr. Yau has been equally secretive about his work with F.A.T.E.

Platform Harvest Incident

In March of 2073 Eve contacted Dr. Yau in regards to an incident in CFS that she believes might be involved to a missing piece of her research. Of course Eve didn't know that Dr. Yau worked for F.A.T.E., or that F.A.T.E. had possession of the device in question. Her inquiry gave F.A.T.E. a point to explore from on who was responsible for setting up terrorists with the funds and information to take over an off shore power plant, and as side note find out a bit more about it's origins. During their investigation they found no evidence to suggest Eve was involved in the incident, but were able to use her cooperation to gather some important information.
