Dreamstone

Dan and I originally discussed this and agreed that a dreamstone was artifact 2. I've given it a bit more thought and think that they should be artifact 1. Although rare, they are not particularly powerful, as they simply record the dreams of anyone touching it. To compare, the Yasat crystal, which is also a rare crystal found near Gem, is an artifact 1 that can store within it an Essence 2 spirit or ghost, which I would think to be more powerful than capturing a simple dream.
