Instead of requiring 8 hours of training per day, one day of training time passes automatically for one skill of the player's choice. Character's cannot have training time pass for multiple items on the same day. They can concurrently train several items, but only one can progress each day. This is to fix a problem we were having with players preferring to spend all their time training, rather than advancing the storyline. He hope that this will fix that problem, while also not allowing players to instantly manifest new abilities. A stipulation that accompanies this method of training is that characters can only increases the stats they they use, a character who has never wielded a sword can not simply wait for the days to pass for her to become a master swordsmen.
