The Beginning of the Story

Gens Basso is, at present, in charge of the counter-insurgency branch of the Technocratic convention New World Order. This department handles corrupted Technocratic agents who have been corrupted by RDs or otherwise gone rogue in the field. As Amalgam Z-190 was founded originally to deal with just such an occasion, supervision of the Amalgam falls under the general purview of this department, making Apollo their chief director.
