Public Profile

Cathak Chibuike is one of the youngest of Cathak Cainan's many children. Many of the mortal family members that raised Chibuike are either quite advanced in age or already passed away. Chibuike's primary school record reflects decent grades and an average discipline record for a dynast child. Chibuike exalted young and entered the House of Bells. Chibuike's school record from the House reflects that he earned good grades. Written comments state he showed strong leadership and many students looked up to him. His discipline record showed that he got into plenty of trouble, mainly "friendly fights" with boys and "jovial romps" with girls. Chibuike started at the House a few years before his future wife, Sesus Akachi, but even though they both attended the school for many of the same years, Chibuike took little notice of her. Later, when told she was going to be his future wife, Chibuike remembered her as being quiet and better than plain looking.

After graduation, Chibuike spent a number of years in the Threshold "fighting foreign monsters and meeting foreign women." Rumor is that he was successful at both. Eventually his father informed him it was time to settle down and begin his career. Chibuike joined the Cathak legions as was expected of him.

Chibuike's service record tells the tale of an young exalt eager for glory. Superior officers note that he makes an excellent front line leader. He has been known to successfully rally his troops to charge against greater numbers of both undead and beastman barbarians. They note, however, that his presence is less of an advantage in the war room. They state that his strategies are often uninspired and by the book for the sole reason that he can't come up with something better. As he rises in the legions, Chibuike will surely be forced to command in ways other than leading a charge and some of his superiors question if he is ready.
