Initial thoughts on the next steps to take:

Eric would want to send one of the bound spirits to Hector in order to relay messages. We would want to keep the ship out of gun/rocket range, but it could probably move closer.

Upon discovering that there is a sniper on top of the building, Eric would probably release the force 1 unbound spirit and summon a more powerful spirit. He would then send the spirit to the top of the building to clear it of snipers.

Are we open to fire from the platform above? If so, we should move the boat to another side of the platform and grapple up from there. Even if they dont peek over that edge to shoot us, they will be waiting for us to come up from the boats.

Eric would want to send a force one spirit up to the deck in astral space to give him an accounting of how many and where the people up top are. We can also have them use conceal on us to get up onto the platform more successfully.

Oni would probably finish off the terrorists in the water unless stopped. Eric will probably be too busy with the spirit stuff above to stop him.
