Zelanor and the Windmill Manse

Zelanor is a small town approximately 120 west of Great Forks along The Yellow River. The town falls under the protection of the River Province as a whole, but a part of no other formal organization it receives very little protection or support.

Zelanor is home to an ancient Windmill Manse that had sat unused and locked until recently when a Dragon-Blood from Lookshy arrived in the city, Arellious Kalar. Arellious was able to open the Windmill Manse and activate, it now serves as his home and he uses it as a base of operations for his independent quest to protect the small villages and the people of the Scavenger Lands.
