Dan if we can work out the details of your familiar if you would like on here, I'm not sure what you had in mind for it, if anything. I believe yours is a familiar 3 and it obviously falls in the non-dangerous category. Obvious benefits include extra 5 motes of essence, smart as 9 year old child, and sharing senses. I'd like to see a little back story on where this cat came from, is it a life long companion that was magically enhanced after exaltation, or perhaps a gift from a patron god or the returning of a favor from a god or other supernatural being. Something along those lines would be cool, and then because I know the familiar background is severely underpowered (though I'm assuming you took a familiar for coolness not the power benefit) we could work in some sort of minor power in for it as well. -Tony
