Zelanor

Zelanor is a small town approximately 120 miles west of Great Forks along The Yellow River. The town falls under the protection of the River Province as a whole, but a part of no other formal organization so it receives very little protection or support. A particularity dangerous prospect considering the location of the town leaves it susceptible to barbarian attacks as well as the threat of attack from The Walker in Darkness whose shadowland is in very close proximity.

Zelanor is home to an ancient Windmill Manse that had sat unused and locked until recently when a Dragon-Blood from Lookshy arrived in the city, Arellious Kalar. Arellious was able to open the Manse and activate it, it now serves as his home and he uses it as a base of operations for his independent quest to protect the small villages and the people of the Scavenger Lands.
