Background

Little is known about the rather mysterious Leviticus, even compared to other Grass Spiders he seems to keep the details of himself hidden. Almost no one within the organization has seen his face, he is almost never without the covering of his symbiotic armor and mask, Rizuka is the only known member to have seen his face. Not uncommonly she is forced to field questions about his appearance, though she hasn't revealed much if anything substantial about it. His unparalleled linguistic ability among Grass Spiders offers no further help, he speaks all five native threshold languages as if he were a native speaker. Most members suspect that he hails from either the west, due to his water aspected anima, or from the south based on his extremely rare choice in riding a familiar Furnace Rhino. Of course Leviticus has confirmed none of this.

Despite a reluctance to discuss his past he is a rather pleasant fellow to be around, though he can frequently be found keeping to himself reading or writing any form of literature he is never shy or reluctant to share with those who wish to listen. He is rather passionate about almost all forms of literature as well as linguistics and distinct dialects of people scattered about Creation, he keeps detailed maps indicating language barriers and differences. What most find more interesting about the maps he keeps is the profound knowledge he keeps of various gateways into or out of Creation. He has extensively studied the behaviors of Shadowlands and Malfeas, and has even come across some knowledge of how to gain passage into Heaven, though he has never done so.

Leviticus' fighting style is as overwhelming as his aspect would indicate, adapting in endless fashion until he finds a weakness to exploit. He uses the unique symbiotic armor that is bound to his body in a variety of ways to enhance his own mastery of various forms of combat, and has adapted the Grass Spider's own martial art in slight ways to fit these needs. He is regarded as one of the most proficient combatants outside of The Harvestmen and has helped them at times with the furthering of their martial art.

Leviticus meets privately with Rizuka on a monthly basis regardless of any apparent injury or ailment, this went long unnoticed among other members, but his circle has started to grow curious, and equally as concerned. There is a quiet rumor among them that he is somehow ill or unwell, though Rizuka will not discuss anything of the sort and Leviticus is silent on the matter.
