Background

Esenius grew up in a small farming village in the southeast of creation, part of no kingdom the small village was left to fend for itself. It was a quiet and humble town that had been forgotten by all but the most traveled of adventures and cartographers, that is until Esenius exalted. Esenius did not know what a solar exalt was, but unfortunately for him the Wyld Hunt had discovered his location and was sent to dispatch of the recently exalted boy. Still a young teenager who was not trained in combat and unaware of what powers he now possessed he was unable to protect his village from the ruthless Wyld Hunt.

Either by luck or fate Esenius and his village would be saved from the Wyld Hunt that day; a traveling group of thieves, led by a trio of solar exalted, had spotted and followed the Wyld Huntsmen to the small village. Unable to watch the innocent people of the village be killed by their Dragon-Blooded rivals, and perhaps seeing an opportunity for self gain, the solars led their band of thieves against the Wyld Hunt and destroyed them. Overwhelmed but saved Esenius was convinced to join up with the thieves or he could expect the Wyld Hunt would return to destroy him and his village, and that is only the begining.
