	Severnaya agrees to kill Melnoch Tohogo and take his body outside the city. In return, she will join Kaliph's organization with some respect. If she chooses to back out, she can do so, no hard feelings. She does know where Melnoch Tohogo lives, because she overheard a conversation with Gregorio and Hawk. Tohogo lives in a house in the Milandra district. The bottom floor is a shop that he no longer runs. He lives upstairs.
