Coryn spent a few days digging up information on the Drurish system looking for clues to any sort of "abandoned temple" that Kyra mentioned in her final holorecording. He found a very dated story from the Old Republic era that referenced one such temple and it referenced a region of the planet that did indeed exist. However after doing his research, his supervisor pulled him aside, questioning him about his lack of focus on his actual job. Days later an Imperial security detachment interviewed him regarding his queries of the planet Drurish and made a note on his official record. He knew he was treading on thin ice at his place of employment.
Meanwhile, Handler Nine suggested, and the team agreed, that Rustin Telock was certainly no longer an ally and that he was a grave threat to the group's operations. He and his inner circle of associates needed to be... silenced. She also informed the team that she had recruited and vetted a Wookiee demolitions agent by the name of Arnold to join their cell.
The team determined that the best place to take Telock out would be the casino in Kuat City that he so frequently visits. They knew his schedule, so it was easy to assume he would be there this weekend. The team scoped out the casino's public and private docking bays in preparation. They obtained an employee badge, obtained the docking schedules, and rigged the roof access hatch to be unlocked for easy access on the weekend.
They arrived at the casino early in the morning. Coryn took a position in plain sight in the private hangar that Telock had reserved. Arnold, Faleer and Castor hid in the roof access hatch, eventually dropping into a maintenance area and hiding. After subduing technicians in the room, they waited for Telock to arrive. Right after the ship landed and Telock and his team began to disembark, Cell Nine attacked with full force. A massive firefight erupted in the hangar between the casino's security forces and the rebels. Arnold managed to throw a grenade onboard Telock's Lambda-class shuttle as they tried to shut their ramp. Telock was severely hurt in the blast.
Castor worked to put portable tanks of hypermatter under the ship as it rotated around the room. Telock and his team were hunkered down in their ship, unable to leave due to the hangar doors being shut. Arnold was nearly killed when the Lambda shuttle opened fire on him, but managed to dodge the blast. As Cell Nine fled the room, Castor shot the tanks below the Lambda-class shuttle, causing its repulsors to fail and it land harshly in the hangar bay. The ship fell on larger hypermatter tanks and a chain reaction of explosions occurred, leaving no doubt that all on board the shuttle were killed.
