• Another Gold Faction Sidereal that recruited Arkanian into the protection of the Gold Faction. Definitely a member of The Convention on Deathlords (probably also Convention of the East) to at least some extent and a fairly elder Sidereal, at least of moderate rank and essence. (Dan if you feel like we're stating out too many Sidereals than we could probably combine this guy into someone else, but I think we do already have a character pic for him.)
