==Force Balance==
Each character has a force balance rating between 0 and 10. An example of characters at varying force balance levels:
*FB 0: Emperor Palpatine
*FB 2: Darth Vader
*FB 5: Qui-Gon Jinn
*FB 8: Obi-Wan Kenobi

The scale is meant to be "Richter-like," meaning that each level is a magnitude higher than the previous. It is much harder to go from 9 to 10 than it is to go from 8 to 9. Many Jedi never achieve a rating of 10 in their lifetime. It is much easier to fall down the scale than to rise. Gaining a Force Balance point can take months of work. Losing multiple force balance points can occur in a single action.
Points are awarded/taken away at storyteller discretion. The storyteller should warn a player before the character takes an action that would merit a change in Force Balance but is not required to do so.
