http://www.rpg.net - A pretty extensive list of forums, not dedicated to exalted by any means. Great community.

http://wiki.white-wolf.com/exalted/index.php?title=Main_Page - White Wolf's own, semi-official wiki. Not everything you find their is cannon, but some is, contains a lot of neat content. A developer run errata is also awesome when the developers have time to spend on it. Check out their resources page for a massive list of great fan content.

http://www.bazzalisk.org/ - Some of my personal favorite character sheets, I actually prefer the old style due to my dislike for charm cards though. Still great stuff, not just character sheets.
http://www.voidstate.com/rpg/ - Not sure I can say enough about voidstate, I think everyone pioneered the advanced character sheets off his design. Not to mention all the great other goodies on his site, great exalted name generator!
