History

Concordia was always a small city in Frostgate, barely larger than the distant Wayland, that was built within a days travel of Covenant to provide a nearby city for storage and trade. Covenant's sister city has a reasonable unstable population as a majority of the people are miners and spend as much time as possible in the mountains, but a small contingent of people stay behind to look after the warehouses and supply centers. Concordia's most important feature are the food supply centers that stock food throughout the warm months and disperse the surplus during the long winter months to the other cities.

Dreaming of Yesterday

Concordia was mostly left out of the power struggle between the Dynast's and Celestial exalts who now reign over the territory, but played a small roll in providing food to the people of Covenant when the Satrap closed his doors to the people in the days leading up to the battle that freed Frostgate.
