The UCAS Central Intelligence Agency sent over this file on a Shiawase agent that matches the description of Wong Yiu Ming and Shirley Wu. She is suspected of being an intelligence agent for Shiawase's Marketing Information and Forecasting Department (MIFD). The files detail several burnt SINs of three various types: Shiawase, JIS, and UCAS. The files date back nearly 15 years ago.

She is responsible for capturing or killing 11 UCAS operatives, utilizing both toxins and biological agents. She is a mundane, however is very knowledgeable in the realm of thaumaturgical studies. She is known to travel with mages. She has operated in Boston, Manhattan, Toronto, Seattle, Tokyo, Osaka, Vladivostok, and now San Francisco. Her trail went cold approximately 3 years ago. She has a tattoo of an eastern dragon on her right shoulder.

Dr. Yau met this woman for a brief time during his years working as a researcher for Mitsuhama Computer Technologies. They reconnected at President Ellison's 2073 New Year's Ball where Yau was found drugged in a bathroom stall. She used the same ID at the ball as she did years ago when they met at MCT: Wong Yiu Ming, a Shiawase accountant. Yau recalls that she occasionally appeared during some joint projects between the two Japanacorps.

Agent Wu was spotted at the Myst night club using another identity: Shirley Wu, a Chinese-Canadian-American Shiawase employee with a graduate degree in Thaumaturgical Studies from MIT&T. Eric Black saw through the disguise and recognized her as the same woman he saw at the New Year's ball.
